Happy Birthday Muh!

This Thursday 6-18-09 was my precious grandmothers loving known as Muh 80th birthday! We celebrated by having brunch with the girls at her house then she had a big celebration that evening. Muh is a huge blessing in my life and I have so many precious memories with her. She is Bettie June which is who Bella is named after. She has a great name sake and I am so glad she is in our life! Muh we hope you had a great day and a very happy birthday we love you very much!

A Special Day with Great Granparents

On Tuesday of this week we made a little trip to Marlow,Oklahoma where my grandpa lives and Josh's grandparents also live. It was also my Poppy's 84th Birthday so we went to dinner with my family that evening. Josh's grandparents are 90 and got to meet Bella for the first time. It was a special day and a trip we need to make more often. We are blessed to still have grandparents living and in our lives and Bella is blessed to have great grandparents in her life! Five Months Old!!

OK so I am officially a bad blogger! Bella is actually almost 6 months old but for the sake of memories I wanted to do a 5 month update! She is precious she was 5 months on May 23. She is rolling over, talking constantly and just an overall happy baby! I am loving only working 2 days a week and spending so much time with her! The pictures were last month so they are actually at 5 months! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer as much as we are!

Extra Special Day!

My first Mother's Day was extra special not only did I get to celebrate being a mom to the most beautiful little girl but it was ALSO Bella's Baby Dedication at church. I was very belsed to have all my family there and Josh's parents as we made the commitment to raise Bella in a Christian home and hopefully one day she will make the decison to follow Christ on her own. I was overwhlemed with thankfulness as we celebrated to very special occasions. I have many wonderful female examples of great moms in my life- 2 amazing sisters, a great mom, an amazing grandmother and many wonderful friends! We love you all and hope you had special and wonderful Mother's Days! Only one thing was missing and that was my sister Becca and her family! Bec- I love you and can't wait to see you soon!

My mom is the best mom in the world! I know everyone says that but I truly believe it is true! Mom you have been there for me through every stage of my life and I have appreciate it my whole life. You are smart, beautiful, caring, understanding, and a great example of the mom I hope to be for Bella. You have given me many gifts over the years but the greatest gift you gave me is teaching me to trust and love Jesus as my savior! I have so loved watching you be MiMi to the girls and Noah and Ryan but I have not truly appreciated it or loved it until Bella was born! I am so lucky to call you mom and Bella is truly blessed to call you MiMi. Thank you for loving me even with all my faults, thank you for all you have given me and my family, thank you for every memory and I look forward to MANY more! I love you with all my heart and Happy Mother's Day! Can't wait to see you tomorrow!

I'm a BIG girl now!!!

OK so Bella made the big move last night! From her bassinet to her crib! She has been sleeping all night since about 10 weeks old but she has been right next to me in her bassinet. I have been talking for about 2 weeks that we need to move her to her crib because she has truly out grown the bassinet so last night was the night and she did GREAT! She slept so good probably because the poor thing had room to move! Mommy only got up 3 times to check on her and Daddy 1 time so now we can have our bedroom back and every one's happy! The picture is how she was when I went to get her this morning happy as can be as usual! The other picture is from Sunday I had a baby shower and did some shopping and when I came home this is how I found the two loves of my life! They both looked so cute and she looked so grown up!
