Traditions!

I love Tradition-I love it almost a little too much that sometimes I get mad when people do not want to follow they way we have ALWAYS done things! When Josh and I got married I really wanted traditions of our own- it makes it easier since he loves the holidays as much as me. So in 2006 we started a Family light tour- every year we send invitations in the mail telling them where to meet then Josh and I plan a light tour and dinner with a different mode of transportation. We have been by limo, last year by train and this year- well I cannot tell you yet because the tour is tonight! I am so excited! I love our families so much and am more and more thankful everyday to have them in our lives- So What holiday traditions do you share??

TIs The Season!

Oh I love this time of year! I love thanksgiving day and the start of it all I love getting up at 3 am to shop with my mom, sisters, and aunt, I love decorating our house and all the white lights , I love it all! This year due to being 32 weeks pregnant I have to say I am not quite up to speed and am doing a little less- all for good reason but still a struggle to slow down for someone who lives life on the GO! Anyways as we all start this crazy busy season I hope we take time to remember the Reason for the Season! We blessed people and I hope I never loose sight of all the many wonderful gifts I have in my life- a wonderful husband, an amazing family, a fabulous job, and a precious baby on the way! Oh we can't wait to see her!

Always Amazed!

Since we have had a rather difficult pregnancy they have been keeping a pretty close watch on Bella and I. I have had 4 ultrasounds and had the last one on Monday. Each time I am so amazed at how God works as the giver of life! Even when she was just a small blob I could see her little heart beating and was so overwhelmed by the process. On Monday since I am 31 weeks you could see so much and it was overwhelming! Her little hands and feet and precious little face and nose- her little lips were puckered up too cute! I can hardly explain it but I know I am so thankful that God allowed us to bring this little one into this world. She is growing perfectly and things were good- still watching us close but a good report! Anyways even having been so close to Friends and my sisters when their babies were born you truly do no understand this until you experience it. Josh and I stand in awe at the gift Jesus is blessing us with and can hardly wait to meet her ( every time I make them double check and she still is a she- they laugh at me now!!) so little miss Bella mommy and daddy love you so much and pray for you every minute of our days- stay safe and snug inside me and we will meet you soon!
